Why can’t democrats understand that Obama is the boss? He is in charge and regardless of the issue?
Obama has people that he appointed running all the different departments of the government now. When a problem arises like the VA bonus payments, his people should immediately report this to Obama and Obama should put a stop to it either via an executive order or by letting congress know that there is a problem and working with them to resolve it.
This “I inheirited it” is a crutch that democrats constantly use as an excuse. My kids use this stuff on me and I don’t accept it.
